Projects

Learn about projects that the Penn Hills Partnership has collaborated on to support our community.

Community Leadership Institute Project

In the spring and summer of 2025, the Penn Hills Partnership (PHP) and the Penn Hills Community Development Corporation (PHCDC) collaborated on a project funded and guided by NeighborWorks WPA and their Community Leadership Institute (CLI). The project engaged both current and prospective residents in meaningful conversations about community concerns and opportunities. Through a series of community meetings based on priorities identified in the Penn Hills Census, residents were encouraged to take action and connect with local organizations. Residents were able to connect with the PHCDC, its subsidiaries, and Penn Hills Partnership organizations through a brief survey, allowing for easy access to information and further engagement.
